Baseboard electric heat and a/c via window units. There is an outdoor back deck with fenced backyard, and a dedicated 2-car parking deck in front of the cottage. Wifi service is available. Renter is responsible for electric, wifi and tv services. Fenced backyard for a single, well-behaved pet.
